LABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I m going to recommend them to everyone that I know who’s looking for a car I drove 3 hrs to get a jeep Sam worked with me for 2 days on the financial portion absolutely amazing. Everyone was super patient and easy going. Great customer service. Will definitely be receiving my highest recommendation and referrals from my friends who live at the Air Force base near by. I had a hose bust just normal wear and tear after my purchase and Sam called me the next morning to help me figure things out. They are absolutely AMAZING.

Despite being 100 miles away, I called and arranged a pre-purchase inspection for a 2008 Ford XP with 152k miles. The dealership went above and beyond, dropping the vehicle off at a third-party mechanic on short notice and picking it back up promptly. Not only was the car spotless, but they even stayed open late, delaying a night flight, just to accommodate our purchase—something I'm incredibly grateful for. The pre-purchase inspection came back positive, aligning with the dealer's description of the vehicle's condition. Just 12 days after owning the car, I faced a sudden emergency where my friend's dog ingested a potentially lethal amount of gum. We had to rush over a mountain pass at midnight in pouring rain. To my relief, the vehicle performed flawlessly—no slips, no engine shuddering, and the transmission was perfect. It effortlessly handled the challenging conditions, getting us to our destination quickly. This is my second Ford XP and the first one from this dealer. Even when I texted Sam's personal at 10 pm on a holiday about the registration and title, he was responsive and helpful. They took care of the registration and title transfer for me, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be purchasing all my future cars from Sam and this dealership.
