I can't say enough about my experience with Germain Hyundai. I am not a fan of the whole car buying experience because in the past I've had terrible experiences. This was NOT the case at Germain. My sales rep, Nate Li, was incredible through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, not pushy, and extremely responsive to my questions via text. The finance department was thorough and informative. If you are in need of a new or new to you vehicle, I highly recommend you go to Germain Hyundai. You won't be disappointed.

I couldn’t have asked for an easier or more smooth process on buying my first car. Will was very responsive with his replies via text and was always willing to assist. Will and the rest of the team were phenomenal at answering any questions I had as well as walking me through the overall process on the back end on the day of purchasing. It’s easy to get nervous or scared when making such a purchase but when you have a friendly and understanding staff as such, it makes things so much easier.
