Hi, I recently purchased a vehicle this week through exclusive automobiles. I had been looking for a vehicle for over a month. I had talked to every dealership in Cincinnati. And after running my credit they told me the same thing that I would have to start out with a vehicle that I did not want. Pay twice the amount for a vehicle that I did not want and then within 6 months to a year I could get anything I wanted. Then I came across Ms. Sylvia at exclusive automobiles. I told her what I had to work with and what I wanted. She runs my credit. I get the terms that I want. I put down the dollar amount that I wanted and I got a very fair price on the car that I wanted. I wished I had went to her sooner because every time I gave my information to the other dealerships there would be like 15 hard pools on my credit. When I gave it to Ms. Sylvia it had already lowered 100 points but she still got me approved with the terms that I wanted. I would advise anybody to go to exclusive automobiles. They treat you like somebody and make you feel like somebody and most importantly they treat you like somebody and you get what you want to buy. Not what someone else wants you to buy. She and her staff is no doubt the best dealership that I have ever worked with and the most honest I am very happy. Very satisfied and I love my new vehicle and I'm sure that if you go to her you will feel the same way
