What an awesome dealership. We left Wichita at 0800 and traveling to Colorado in my new 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, Supercruise would not work for me, even after 3 hours on the phone with OnStar. My dealership in Wichita didn't want to help since we were on the road. I called Herl and talked to David. He was booked up but told me to bring it on by and he'd take a quick look. In the 5 minutes I was driving to the dealership, David had already been researching the issue and had some ideas on how to fix the problem. As someone who is medically disabled with severe spinal deterioration, Supercruise provides me the freedom to drive myself. This is the first trip I've driven alone in 10 years, so not having Supercruise working was a significant blow to my independence. David and his team got busy in the service area, and rolled it out for me to test in 30 minutes. Quick test drive on I-70, and Supercruise was working great again!!! My Freedom and independence have been restored by kindness and graciousness. I've forgotten how people treat each other in a small town. This is how people become lifetime customers despite the distance...

Had issue on 2020 GMC Denali HD. Service was all over it. In and out in less than 2 hours. Had the part. Service Manager was totally awesome. Service advisor, I spoke to on phone on highway was extremely helpful. If you are in eastern Kansas, I'd hire you in a heartbeat. This is the way things are supposed to be. Can't say enough!

The service crew at Herl Chevrolet/GMC were all incredibly friendly and did their best to get me some answers when my almost brand new GMC Sierra AT4 broke down in the middle of Kansas. David the service manager especially went above and beyond to help me out in any way he could including trying to find me a ride to Denver when I was effectively stranded and even gave me a ride to the hotel in his own vehicle when he got off work. Once they identified the issue they wasted no time getting the replacement part and getting in installed in the truck. A fix that I thought was going to take a month or longer was diagnosed, parts ordered, installed, and put back together in a much more efficient manner that I would have expected given the current state of logistics in the country currently. So thank you very much to everybody at Herl GMC that helped get me home and then got my truck fixed. You guys are awesome.
