2015 Ford Explorer Limited 4x4

After going around to multiple mainstream dealers, I stumbled upon this place. I looked through their car selection and one car in particular caught my eye. Being a college student and having a set budget, it was hard to find a car that fit within my price range; especially from mainstream dealerships. Upon arrival, I was a little skeptical, as I always am when going to a dealership, and was immediately greeted with kindness. They treated me like a friend rather than a customer, never pushing the sale on me. It was a breath of fresh air coming from dealership to dealership having relentless pressure put on me to buy one of their cars; if you're looking for a place that won't pressure you, this is the one. After I got my car, the battery went out about a week later and I wasn't able to get my car started without a jump. At first I was a little upset, especially after I just bought the car, but once they found out, with little to no hesitation they paid for a new battery for the car. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly; you see a friend before a salesman and that's how it should be in this industry. If you're looking for a place to buy your next car this is the place, when I graduate college next year I will buy my second car from them.

Just recently bought a Honda Pilot from Robert. I have never had such amazing service from a dealership as I did with this one. Robert was great to deal with and you can tell he cares about his clients, he went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the process was buying my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be doing future business with Robert!
