It was always a pleasure to communicate with Alex. I emailed him back and forth asking about prices and availability. Then I completed the simple credit application on their website and made an appointment. When we arrived, he greeted us by name. Alex had the vehicle we requested washed and fully charged. There were no surprise mark-ups, dealer add-ons, or high-pressure sales tactics. I did not opt for the wear and tear coverage, but I understand this coverage gives customers peace of mind when it comes to damage such as door dings. They had a broad selection of vehicles in stock with the options and colors that I wanted. Other dealerships only had vehicles loaded with pricey options I did not care about. While undergoing construction, Cadillac Marin’s temporary office is small and spartan. Despite this we went from test drive to driving home in a new car in about two hours.
