2017 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

The crew at Tarheel Automotive is amazing! I just purchased my dream vehicle from them and I would not hesitate to do it again in the future. The vehicle was high quality and the sevice and experience was awesome. This is how buying a car should be! I had the pleasure of working with Sean for the test drive and eventual purchase of a beautiful 4runner. The vehicle was in awesome shape. Sean helped me arrange an inspection at a local shop after the test drive. He didn't pressure me to buy but gave me what was a fair price for my husband and i to discuss. After making the 2 hour drive back home, and discussing with my husband, Sean and i discussed next steps and completed the sale the following day. The vehicle had a few minor blemishes we discussed before purchase and Sean arranged the repair work and arranged delivery of the vehicle since we were 2 hours away. Amy helped so much to complete the sale and patiently walking us through the process at every step over the phone. The repair work they promised was completed to a very high standard and the results were honestly beyond my expectations. The vehicle was delivered to me that week and Larry was great delivering the vehicle and walking me through the paperwork to complete the sale. I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing from this group and I am already recommending them to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.
