2018 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now... so here goes... I *highly* recommend these guys... I am in my late 30's now, and I have moved over 30 times, in 9 different states, and have owned over 35 vehicles. The only reason I say all of that, is so I can say: I am no stranger when it comes to the vehicle-buying process, in many different locations. Robert is very honest, and a straight-shooter. I have only lived in Austin for about 18 months now, and I have bought 4 cars ... and Robert was the only person who I truly felt was being straight-forward. Yes, they sell used cars... correct: no used car will be flawless ... mine had a couple minor issues when I bought it (which I gladly fixed myself), but I am still driving it over a year later, and I *couldn't be happier* with the purchase. Robert gave me a fair price compared to KBB, and had me on the road again quickly. All the paperwork was filed quickly, I received my title when he said I would, and he has even gone out of his way to suggest some trusted mechanic shops nearby. With my car-buying history, and also being a small-business owner, I've had no issues with comfortably recommended this location to a number of other people looking for affordable vehicles from an honest dealer. Anyhow, thank you for being who you are! I'll keep you in-mind for my next purchase!
