My wife and I drove 90 minutes to see a Sienna that had been posted on their website. The car was exactly as described, and the buying experience was actually delightful and fun! I feel as though we not only purchased a car, but we made new friends. Joel and I had a nice conversation about some mutual interests, and Max was super fun to visit with. This was, by far, the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had, and I've been buying cars for over 50 years.
