Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle found via online post that checked all the boxes on my wish list. Since I’m not local to the area where Anderson is located, committing to purchase the car prior to seeing it in person made me quite nervous, but all those fears quickly disappeared when I arrived at Anderson and the car was much better in person than even the online photos demonstrated! The entire sales/finance team was amazing and completed the transaction very efficiently, probably quicker and with greater ease than any other auto purchase I’ve ever made. I truly appreciated the family atmosphere. Shawn and Randy treated my son like their own. They went through every detail and helped him set up the features to his brand new truck. I came from College Park and it was worth it!
Matt Sprigg was my salesman. He was very swift and on top of everything. We had a few issues with my truck, but he had them fixed immediately and I did not have to deal with any problems. I had a great experience with this dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
