2017 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

I bought my first brand new car today from Steven K and had the BEST experience. I test drove it over the weekend and took a few days to decide if I wanted to do it. When I was ready to come back and purchase the car he even came in on his day off to take care of me! I could not have asked for a better experience with him and Gary, the finance guy. Absolutely one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I could have asked for. We called the day previous about the Grand Highlander on their lot, Hang scheduled us first thing the next morning and was very professional and knowledgeable. Then worked directly with Gary (finance director) who was respectful of getting the trade-in, upgrades, and finances worked through very fairly and organized. We came from Toledo and highly recommend going out of your way to purchase a vehicle with these guys. Also, the accommodations in this dealer are amazing…comfy chairs, massages, games, fire place, and free fountain drinks. Very nice work all!

My wife and I were in a big hurry in order to pickup our kids from daycare. We came out of town. Kevin had a sense of urgency and got us the truck we wanted, trade in value, and out of there in time.
