2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Was an easy transaction and very nice to work with. Tyler was very helpful and available for any question. Took us two days to make a final decision between two trucks and never once was Tyler or any other salesman there pushy. Tyler knew what our budget was we wanted to stay under and never tried to push anything else above our price. Very nice guy and HIGHLY recommend!

I saw a Jeep online that I absolutely fell in love with the second I saw it. I put in a credit app online and they were extremely responsive and called me very quickly to set up an appointment to come test drive it and have my car appraised. Now let me say, I had zero expectations when I went to see this car and truly never thought I’d be leaving with it but these guys are AMAZING! When I arrived, I was greeted by Tyler who was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He didn’t even try for one second to put me in a car I didn’t want. I test drove it, loved it even more and it was an immediate, “okay let’s make this happen” type of response. They were aggressive and worked out what I think is the perfect deal for me with a reasonable payment. They worked with me on every angle they could. I did have a trade-in and they gave me a fair value for my car; I was very happy with what they offered me. I was also in and out within about 2 hours (opposed to sitting 8 hours when I bought my previous vehicle!) and driving off with the exact Wrangler that I wanted. I highly recommend going to see Tyler here. He is so friendly and doesn’t come at you with pressure, he will have a conversation with you like you’re a person, not change in the pocket like some car salesman at “bigger” lots. He is very much the type of person to help you no matter the situation. But EVERYONE here is honestly so customer forward, friendly and they want to help you get what you love. These guys really worked for me to drive off with my new baby. I would suggest HVM to ANYONE looking to purchase a new car!! If you think it won’t happen, don’t worry… they will MAKE IT HAPPEN!! My boyfriend and I are very pleased and blessed to have come across Hocking Valley Motors. We stopped on a whim and spoke to Tyler about a truck that caught our eye. It was a bit out of our price range but thankfully Tyler reached out and kept in contact with us. Other trucks caught our eye, but we just couldn’t swing it. He had people crunching numbers left and right. He called us as soon as he laid eyes on this truck with us in mind. It was a solid group effort and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning Tyler told us they are small town people working to help other small town people get the vehicles of their dreams, and I’m here to say, that’s exactly what HVM is about. They do not try push you out of your comfort zone or sell you something more than you’re looking for.
