2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Purchased a 24 F350 was only stopping by to compare it. I had already looked at a 250 with another dealership, but was just passing by and thought I would take a look at the 350 Nelson showed me a couple and one of them was Perfect. So Nelson our sales rep made everything so smooth so easy. He treated us like we’ve known him for years. Out of all vehicles I’ve ever purchased this was the absolute smoothest and non stressful than anything I’ve ever had to deal with before. The finance gentleman, Braylon was also absolutely great we where in and out help me understand what needed to be done and it was as quick Process, he also treated us like we have known him for years. I will absolutely refer other people and will purchase more vehicles from there again and I hope I will be dealing with them too, gentlemen.

My review is for the Collision Center- Tire was flung from a car on the highway, underneath my Mustang... Damaged the right side of my car. Ripped off the guard, damaged the lights, broke my bumper, and whatever other damages. I was devastated.. From the moment I walked in and spoke to my estimator, Victor B., he empathized and assured me my car would be good as new. He did not disappoint! He kept me updated the last 2 weeks, and he delivered my Mustang today, and I couldn't be happier!! I usually go back and forth with body shops, but for once.. I had a good experience with a body shop! And they were super quick, too! I have my Mustang again, driving and looking good as usual ???? thank you, Victor! 5 stars for you and your team! ????

We bought our Edge a little over a year ago and are very satisfied with the Grand Prairie Ford Service department. They inform us at each oil change of what things are coming up due immediately or shortly down the road. Their work is done timely and by skilled technicians and we choose early Saturday mornings to do most service work that doesn't need a car stay overnight. Emily and her Service department staff keep us choosing to keep coming back for service work well after the vehicle was purchased, keep up the great job Grand Prairie Ford Service department!!
