2021 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Don't hear too many positive comments about dealerships but thankful for the team at Ancira Ford in Floresville. Out for test drive and windshield was greeted with boulder. They are replacing. Trans and Transfer case need work and they were honest enough to advise that they are still covered by warranty! Could have taken me to the bank so really appreciate them being professional and honest. And, a reason I will continue to do business at this location vs dealerships that might be doing more business in San Antonio. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle or need maintenance trust these folks to do you right. Thank you!!

Ray Zamora is a great salesman! He helped us purchased a Maverick before it was even on the lot. He kept us Informed on when it would arrive and helped us place a down payment on it to keep the vehicle from being sold. Great service and the fiance department helped alot with finding the lowest APR. We can't thank the crew there enough.
