Could not have been happier with the process here. After setting aside a Saturday to go look at vehicles, we ended up (quickly) leaving another dealership after a horrible experience. We knew we liked the Ford Explorers so we decided to stop in Danvers Ford. We knew right upon walking in we’d have a much more pleasant time here. We had Travis as a salesman and I wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend him again. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything that came with the Ford Explorer and really took the time to show us every feature and how it worked.
