***CALL FAVOUR FOR YOUR NEXT ANYTHING!!!*** My career has been motorcycle sales, early on, my mentor had us read Carl Sewell’s book “Customer’s For Life” in “book club”. That book had always stuck with me as a guide on how to approach a sale, even if THAT SPECIFIC book wasn’t directly about about sales, more how to treat a customer in general. Under promise, over deliver. When I saw my new truck at a Sewell dealer I was low-key excited, as a hustler to go meet some hustlers, and see if they lived up to what was pushed, HEAVILY, in the book. Hands down I was beyond impressed. I showed up looking like some kind of biker trash gremlin 2 days in a row, and I was treated like a human. I wasn’t there looking at the most expensive vehicle, far from it. But I was treated with the same respect I’d assume someone would receive from someone buying a vehicle 20x the cost It was a rad, and fair experience, and I genuinely am grateful to have been able to learn a little bit more from these guys. Like usual, there was great communications about every step in the process while our truck was being serviced. Every time we have been offered a car to use while our truck was in service. I am quite happy that we purchased the extended warranty we did through Sewell, because it has helped us covering the two repairs on the truck, including a new transmission. Thank you, Sewell, for excellent service and communication. It is always worth the drive to the Dallas Sewell location for any issues we have!

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I appreciated them loaning me a car so that I could get back to my husband who had just gotten out of the hospital from having a lung transplant, then they brought my car back to me and that meant a lot to me. The service was faster than I expected, because I got my car back the same day. They even washed my car and that was an unexpected surprise! I highly recommend Sewell Dealership!!!!
