I bought a car 2 months ago and it was by far the best purchasing experience of my life, Honest, Respectful and more then a pleasure to deal with. We recently bought 2 cars from TopGear Auto and we were extremely pleased with the way we were treated by the staff. Zac was very courteous and knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and easy. Plus, its a nice feeling to know that Jack, the owner and a top notch mechanic, completely went through the cars and assured us that they were in great condition. Jack has been our trusted mechanic for a number of years now and we have always been more than happy with his work. We highly recommend Top Gear for a good used car, and Jacks Sunoco for any car repairs/service you may need. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! We have always been treated very well by Jack and his staff, and we know you will too!
As a skeptical buyer, I have to say I was impressed overall by the deal that was made on my used car purchase, as well as the work Jack and Zack were willing to do to keep me as satisfied as possible. There was some work to be done on the car before I was to take it, which was done promptly and as agreed upon. These guys are real people who will do a lot for their customers, and they kept in very good communication with me through the purchasing and warranty experience. I would give 5 stars, but the facilities left some comfort to be desired, and the car lot's parking is almost non-existent. Also, there's a non-critical issue with shifting one of the gears of the car which TopGear weren't able to resolve. However, I do feel like a reasonable effort was made considering the nature of the problem.
