2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Really like the service people. They are always curious and I've brought my cars in lately because the tire pressure light came on and they filled up my tires for no charge. I recommend them any time.

We visited several different dealerships after I totaled my van. This is the ONLY one who stayed consistent and worked to do everything in their power to get me approved. I most definitely am not in the most ideal situation to be approved for a loan. However Cody Martin stayed in contact the entire time. I didn’t have to beg and plead for any communication. He was considerate and compassionate about everything I had been through. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying anything. I seriously couldn’t be any happier with my new van. The crazy thing is. This is the EXACT vehicle I had my eyes on when I looked through their inventory online.. thought there was no way they’d get me approved for it considering my credit situation. But when I got there and Cody told me what they had for me, I was beyond excited. We drove it and I knew I HAD to have it. This deal was not easy for Cody to get for me, but he made it happen with the help of his finance manager. I will most definitely be back when the time is right and my significant other finally gets that new truck he wants. I absolutely suggest ANY one in the search for a new vehicle to visit this dealership and ask for Cody himself. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you again Cody!!
