Mason was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. As someone who likes reassurance and all questions answered, Mason was great at communicating updates and sharing what info I needed. The process of a trade-in was made simple and Ziegler was accommodating of what we needed until our vehicle was cleaned and ready. I got into my first accident and had to buy my first car. It had been a super stressful time, however, Mason and his team made this process SO easy! They walked me through every step of the process with care. Justin called me after I inquired about a car they didn’t have and instead offered me a similar model. He asked all the questions about my price range, what I was looking for, miles on the car, etc. and he did it without being pushy. Later that day I had a test drive scheduled and found the car I bought! Mason helped me through the process flawlessly and I bought my car on a Friday night, it had a few things to fix, and I had it Monday afternoon! They even gave me a loaner in the meantime.
