Great service & total professionalism. Was having an issue with my '21 Durango GT Plus radio & Navigation. Took it in for maintenance inspection, which resulted in needing a new radio. Came back the following week & they changed it out in 3 hours. Dealership even provided me free Ubers to & from my home. Can't beat that!

My latest experience at the dealership was stellar in every way thanks to Carlos expert review my car is preforming excellent. Thanks for listening I’d like to say there was an improvement in customer service after getting a call from the manger. All of my concerns were addressed and my jeep received the care it deserved and also felt respected and heard. That being said I’m all about second chances moving forward . Thanks Kevin ! History This dealership seams to favor men clients. I took my jeep in for a recall and maintained issue. I was suspicious about the condition of my 2022 jeep compass. During the first maintained inspection I was told it had an oil leak that they could take care of easy peasy seal. Now this is the fourth maintained so I took it to a trusted mechanic he said look take pictures you have a pretty serious oil leak ! Hmm how did McGovern not notice this my last visit ? Today I asked they said it probably wasn’t leaking. Really I said I seriously doubt that. May I have a loaner while you fix that manufacturing defect, ? I was told “ look we can’t just give loaners to everybody” We aren’t capable and I doubt it.” I wasn’t spoken to to with any type of consideration so I told them I’m writing a review and contacting my leading agent! He said he would speak to a manager. While I’m waiting a man drives in. The man checked him I. And while I’m waiting room with me a service employee comes over shakes his hand and says “Mr —— I’ll have you in a car soon thank you for coming in! So this executive looking guy gets respect and a car while I get listen lady No! So Disrespectful!!! I’m furious
