Went to this dealership after searching for weeks for a Kia Carnival. I've been to several dealerships and called even more. This is the only one within 200 miles that actually has good stock and even colors I've never seen in person before. They went above and beyond to help make sure I drove away happy in my new car. They made sure to do their best to get us processed as fast as they could and even offered to let me bring the car back a different day to have it detailed since the team had left by the time the paperwork was completed. Absolute best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I didn't feel talked down to once and they were all so nice. 1000% recommend! Ask for Austin he's their best!
I have always been wary of dealerships because many years ago, I was in the business for 5 years. I always looked for a reputable local mechanic. I thought my mini van was on the death march. My local guy couldn't find the problem, he had my van for almost a week. so he replaced a few parts, and it didn't fix it. A thousand dollars later, I bit the bullet and took it here on a Friday. Within 2 hours, they found it. Called me and told me by Monday. And they delivered. I originally replaced a fan resistor and pigtail that I rewired wrong, but the local guy didn't catch. So parts and everything was $325. And it's been running like new. I found a dealer service center that treated me right. I will only go here from now on for service cause I suck as a mechanic. Thank you, Tyler, and the 3 Master mechanic's on staff for your excellent work! Highest recommendation for a car dealer I could give.
