This was an incredible experience. I was treated with respect, honesty and transparency throughout the entire purchase process. This is also the only dealer I found that was willing to sell an SI/ Type R at sticker. They also obeyed my wierd request to keep the plastics on the new car and leave it dirty. Alex was an absolute joy to work with. She was honest about everything, super sweet, and consistently checked on me during the build/wait time. At 70 years old, me and my wife were looking to replace our 175k Chevy Equinox with what could possibly be a vehicle to take us to our 80's. Though we could receive a GM discount, we were convinced Honda was the ticket. After days of investigating our internet choices we decided #1 Cochron Honda of Boardman was our first stop. Salesman usually annoy me so our first stop was on Sunday while closed. We followed up on Monday around 11:00 Am and was timely greeted by salesman Curtis Masters.
