Excellent service from start to finish! I had the opportunity to price shop a day in advance at another local Hyundai and unfortunately for them they werent in the mood to put a deal together or the sales person was super new and let us walk with ease, the following day I showed up for my appointment and was instantly welcomed by Steve which in turned to be our salesman from start to finish. He was able to quickly identify our needs and found the Santa Cruz we were looking for, now onto numbers, we negotiated a couples times as to be expect in a car deal; we agreed on terms and then we tossed a curve ball and asked to work a deal on a 2nd car (wife wanted to trade her palisade for the 2024 Santa Fe) Steve acted quickly with very limited availability. Once we agreed on terms; Steve drove an hour to pick up our 2nd car from another local Hyundai (original Hyundai we shopped at day prior) highly recommend Steve, Go getter and not afraid to work a deal. Our finance mgr Roman very professional and great sense of humor, not pushy with product on the backend and broke down both deals clearly and educated us on some additional products that we can benefit from. It's been 7 months since I got my first car. I just hope this message gets to him and this is a very late review. Steve Jacob's done a phenomenal job helping me find my first car. My credit score was not where it needed to be but I knew that. I had to start somewhere to build it back up. He sold me a 2022 Hyundai sonata with very low mileage and only 1 owner had it VERY clean. I had no issues at all driving it and it definitely beats walking to work. If you're looking for a car Steve will find you one and he will make sure it's the right car for you where you're happy to make payments on. Anyone I come across that's looking for a car I always mention him if the opportunity presents itself. Once again thank you steve!
Absolutely love them! I’ve worked through Hyundai for the last couple cars but this time was amazing. Every dealership told me they couldn’t get me a car but I left here with a 2024 Elantra with no co-signer thanks to Rich, by far one of the best salesman! And for a plus I wasn’t in the dealership for hours they had a car for me before I even came in.
