2022 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

My wife and I were looking for a late model Explorer with low miles We were touring dealer lots and drove into Boucher's at Kenosha and they had just what we were looking for. We were greeted by Tristen Cairo, a very pleasant salesman that made us feel at home, I am normally very skeptical about car salesmen. There were a few minor scratches and marks in the car being a '22 model but he assured me that it would look like new at delivery. From then on it was just a matter of agreeing on a price and signing the paperwork. We picked up the SUV a few days later and as promised it looked like new. I have not had to use the service department so I'm hoping I will get the same treatment there as we did in the sales department. Highly recommend Tristen as he is a nice person and genuinely cares about his customers.

I've taken my other car in for service and that experience was great - love the videos they send after the service showing what was done and the condition of tires, brakes, fluids.
