2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Best new to us vehicle purchase me and my wife have ever experienced. Was in the market for a vehicle, me and my wife prayed to be lead to a good place and a good vehicle. These folks were genuine and have integrity. Reminds you of the good days when America was honest and great morals. Austin Smith started us with our test drive and we dealt with others through the process but every experience with every person was great. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and we left with a nice vehicle. I'm thankful for these folks and praise god he led us to this dealership. I would recommend these people to anybody.

I was working in Union City for the day and needed to have my oil changed. I always prefer getting the change at a dealership, which I usually expect to have to make an appointment at least 2 weeks out. Fortunately, the guys at Taylor Ford did not even hesitate to offer to work me in to their busy schedule. They were friendly over the phone and in person and had the Oil Change and Tires rotated in under 2 hours.

I came to Taylor Lincoln Ford for my fifth maintenance oil change and tire rotation!. It was done within a hour ! Then called me and asked if I would like my car washed.
