2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Oh man, great and quick experience at Lindsey Volkswagen. I came back for my 2nd Atlas and received the best service from DAVID KIM. He is on top of the game. No wonder he is the top seller at this location. I strongly recommend. Ask for DAVID KIM. ????????

This is a very good VW dealership. The store is well managed, though inside is somehow like a maze! They have plenty of options available to buy, from old school cars to new electric gadget machines. The personnel, from accounting to the seller manager are nice and very helpful. They stay after hours to close the deal with you. Not much pressure to sell a car or service to you, of course, there is some level of " push". The location is a bit difficult to reach, since about a decade ago or so all the access small roads from route 28 had been closed. Negative points: 1- Very slow process over the weekend 2- High processing fees. Which not just this dealer, but many other dealerships have started bumping their fees, and charging a considerable fee in addition to a few other typical " miscellaneous " hidden fees.

I love my experience at Lindsay! Al was my salesman and he did beyond what I could have imagined. Patient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable! He answered all my question and was with me during the entire process! He even made sure my phone was hooked up to Bluetooth before I left. I purchased a 2019 Atlas. Al was so good that literally one week later I went back and got my wife a car as well! You can’t do any better than Al…he made the process so smooth. Also a huge shoutout to Josue for taking care of both my wife and I in the financial department. The entire team at Lindsay is first-class!
