2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

I had a wonderful experience working with Rob Lee (no his middle initial isn't 'E', I checked on the multiple awards he has at his desk)! I randomly drove by the lot and saw a Navigator that caught my eye. I parked and went into the building to find a sales rep and nearly ran into Rob running around, obviously working hard for his clients. He immediately stopped what he was doing and offered to show me the vehicle I asked about, along with others to compare it to within their three dealership inventory. After a thorough test drive, narrated by the incredibly informative Rob, I was settled on a Lincoln Navigator for my next purchase. After several days of back and forth with financing and my crazy schedule, I am now a proud owner of a Lincoln Navigator! I love my new car and the purchase process couldn't have been easier thanks to Rob and Nick Mayer Lincoln. As if the seamless and enjoyable buying process wasn't enough, the dealership offers service amenities that make the experience superior for busy executives, parents, or really anyone looking for a little extra attention from a dealership. They will wash my behemoth of a car any time I bring it by for FREE. As long as I call ahead to schedule service or maintenance at the dealership, they will set me up with a loaner car (which I 100% need); Rob even offered to send someone to my house to pick it up, to make it easier on me! Finally, the more I bring it in for regular maintenance, the more points I will earn towards accessories or free service in the future. ::mind blown:: Nick Mayer will give me free stuff to take care of my vehicle!! In conclusion, I am a busy executive with a million kids. My life doesn't stop to buy a car, but Rob and the entire Nick Mayer team made my experience easy and dare I say, enjoyable. I look forward to enjoying my first Lincoln and being a part of the growing Lincoln family!

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service Haneen provided in helping us find the perfect first car for our daughter. She was patient and not pushy, understanding that we wanted to explore our options within my daughters budget. Nate was fantastic. We came from over two hours away and he answered all our questions prior to our visit. I was very pleased and incredibly relieved to find the car exactly as he explained.
