Jimmie Ford and his sales manager Seth Ackerman made the entire process painless. Jimmy's knowledge of the trucks helped me make an informed decision. I thought I new exactly what I wanted before hitting the dealership, but I was wrong! Without Jimmy as my salesman I would have missed out on features I didn't even know I wanted. Their inventory was far better than any other dealer I visited and they got me into a truck that is perfect for me. I have not purchased a new vehicle in many years and dreaded the back and forth haggling I experienced at other dealerships in the past. It was not at all that way with Jimmy and Seth.
