Drove an hour to shop at Neighbors Park Rapids Ford simply from word of mouth that they were the best dealership in the area to work with. We were not disappointed traveling to purchase here. We worked with Matt R. as our salesman and Colter for finalizing our paperwork. Nothing was forced on us as additional add-ons, the purchase price was straight forward without tons of additional dealer add-ons etc. We did our own financing with our bank, and the dealership was still super helpful and worked with us through that process. We've run into plenty of dealerships that start to make it difficult and seem turned off or against you once you choose your own financing and this was not a factor here. The entire process was super simply, smooth, and straightforward. They even went out of their way to find us the exact vehicle we ordered and picked it up, so we had one even sooner. Instead of 4 weeks out they had the exact vehicle in 3 days, and this was over the weekend. After purchasing they continue to stay in touch ensuring things are good to go and answering questions. Very trustworthy experience and highly recommend making the trip or choosing this dealership as your go to for vehicle purchasing and maintenance!
