I’ve got a brutally honest review to write here about Fullerton Ford and if you are somebody like me you will stick to reading this review until the very end. I am an individual that has had bad experiences with dealerships particularly with new car dealerships. It is a very overwhelming process when you are at a dealership with an interest of leasing or buying a car. I wouldn’t imagine walking into a dealer not knowing what exactly I’d be looking for as that in itself would create a chaotic thought process with pricing, negotiating and interests for a specific vehicle. At the very least save that stress and walk in with some homework done is my advice. To start, when I walked into the dealership I had a strong interest on the new ford explorer and most specifically the ST- Line. I was greeted by a sales rep by the name of Mr. Mayo. Right from the start I felt no unnecessary pressure or sense of uncertainty by this individual. He understood what I was looking for and offered me a seat and got the vehicle pulled up to the front. Upon looking at the vehicle it was everything that I had done my research on making it a pleasant experience for both me and Mr Mayo. After taking the car for a quick spin I was ready to then make my concerns known in order to proceed with any negotiations for taking this car home. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time nor mine. So I informed Mr. Mayo of my options. We managed to agree on everything from start to finish within an hour. I can’t thank Fullerton ford enough for their immense gratitude during my buying experience. I sincerely hope the service through out my lease on this explorer will remain as it has been. And I have no doubt what so ever. Thank you to Mr Mayo for an unforgettable experience, the manager, and the staff at Fullerton. I will reccomend.

I had an excellent experience with the Fullerton Ford service department. My service advisor, Lilah Bailey was very helpful with the questions I had in advance of the appointment and proactively shared some information about items covered in my maintenance plan that I wouldn't otherwise have known about. I also used the pick up/drop off service which was great; the driver was on time and delivered my car back safely. :)
