We traveled 6 hours from our home to Concord, NC to look at a Digital Teal Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited that they had on the lot. We went in expecting the usual strong-arm, pushy, aggressive sales tactics that we experienced at all the other dealerships. Quite the opposite I am happy to say. Everyone was a joy to interact with. Low pressure, confident and easy going in their sales. Mr. David Kim is an all-star. Highly knowledgeable and what he wasn't sure of he was happy to look up clarification on.
