2021 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

When I was looking for a vehicle, I had a number of very specific criteria I wanted in my new car. I worked with Michael Stiffen and he did a fantastic job getting me the car I wanted. He listened to me and what I needed, went to another Lia dealership to pick up the car that matched my needs, and walked me through the whole car buying process. He was very responsive in our communications, flexible to accommodate my work and home responsibilities, and was always so nice and friendly. I couldn't be happier with Michael Stiffen's hard work and my new vehicle; I'll be back when it's time for my next new car!

I worked with Dawn Owens on my purchase of a 2020 BMW M550i from out of state. She was very helpful and was working with me even on days where she was out of the office. She was willing to negotiate price along with being extremely polite and courteous. Being an out of state buyer, she sent me about 10 minutes worth of detailed videos and put the car on a lift to show me that the undercarriage had zero rust. She also is sending me new mirror caps due to the clearcoat fading on the current ones. She followed up on my every request. I did have to set up my own shipping which is something I haven't had to do on my 3 other vehicles I've purchased from out of state. However, it was an easy process on my own and she was able to get the car set up with the shipping company for pickup so this was not an issue. I got a good deal on a car that I purchased sight unseen and have no regrets. I would recommend her and the dealer to anyone who might have interest in a vehicle whether in person or out of state.
