Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had! First I contacted Anthony Brown, because my late Dad told me that Anthony helped him out tremendously when he purchased his truck. Anthony didn't hesitate to tell me to come on in. Anthony then introduced me to my Car Salesman Cody Carey. Cody was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I test drove. He also allowed me to tell him what I was looking for and then showed me what was available. It was never overwhelming, or trying to sale me something I didn't want. Everyone that I have had the privilege of dealing with at Mitchell Nissan, has went above and beyond to ensure that my Wife and I are satisfied and taken care of throughout this entire car buying experience, including after sale. I have to recognize Shawn Holland (sales manager) for an incredibly personable interaction that was instrumental in the purchase of my Nissan Frontier. He truly made the difference in this process. He did not push and allowed time for my wife and I to think things through and worked hard to achieve an agreeable deal. Another positive experience was with Joy Gibson (loyalty manager). What a nice touch to provide a discrete person that ensures customer satisfaction and provides an avenue for sales feedback from the customer's perspective during the process. I've never seen this before but very impressed with the concept and a positive experience. Thank you, Joy! During the sale, dealer supplied parts were promised with supporting documentation provided to ensure that this would be followed through. It was nice to be contacted so soon after the deal was made that the ordered parts were in and to stop by to pick them up. I was promptly escorted by Jessica to the parts department and they were carried to my vehicle for me by parts personnel. I appreciated the service and prompt contact without having to remind the dealer of the deal. Finally, it is apparent that service after the sale is important. I was walked through the service department, introduced to service personnel, and shown the impressive array of comfort items in the waiting area. Good job.
