My vehicle had a recall that I had put off and I needed an oil change. So I tried the competition on Van Dyke. Unfortunately, my call ended up in the AI bottom less pit. Fast forward a few days and I received a call from Russ Milne for that particular recall. I reached out to them and now they have a new customer! Their Service department is top notch and extremely knowledgeable and efficient! I inquired about a loaner due to my car being in the shop for a couple of days. No problem! They had that lined up too!!! From the moment I was greeted by everyone, to communication for the vehicle status I had all the information I needed. Everything was explained and the staff is impeccable! Not to mention I forgot my riding boots and helmet ? in the rental, the nice lady had it ready by the door! (Apologies I forgot her name) ?
