John the sales representative is an honest hard working person with great on time follow-up skills. The finance manager Moe was very kind and he explained everything he had to offer us with no major pressure. The dealership is clean and cozy and feels like home. They have beverages and a good coffee making machine. They delivered us a spotless new Toyota Camry LE hybrid to us and we are loving it. Every service is always above and beyond! Pearl (my scion Tc) is sassy and running excellent!! They are very thorough. There is no pressure to repair things all at once unless TRULY needed. The mechanics that work there are the best. They are knowledgeable, and their work is the best I have experienced. I'm a nit picker when it comes to fixing my car. They are always friendly and truly listen to what I am asking for. I have had several services over the years, and it is amazing every time. Michael and Peter are my favorite peeps. Ashley is always friendly and helpful when dealing with my rental vehicle. I hope to have the same experience when I reach Oklahoma. I will miss Folsom Lake Toyota Service department.
