From start to finish, my experience with trading in & purchasing my new truck was fantastic. Jeffrey got me an appointment set up to see a vehicle I was interested in that hadn't hit the floor yet, and helped facilitate it same day. Liz was my main point of contact throughout the experience, and she really did make the experience fun, and enjoyable. The test drive was nice (got to go solo, and pick up my wife from home for a little spin, and take my time getting back). I never really felt any pressure throughout the experience from Liz or any other staff, and the overall vibe of the office was very comfortable and professional. Liz really crushed it in her delivery! I felt very comfortable and confident in my decision, and feel I got a great value for my trade in.
