2021 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

I have bought more vehicles than I care to say over my almost 50+ years of driving driving! This was far and above the best carb buying experience I’ve ever had. Rafael and Jeff were both incredibly professional and friendly - no pressure at all! Even though we came in right before they closed, they stayed late to help us through to the end. I’ve never had a better experience buying a truck than I did with Michelle Cline at Transwest. She’s an expert with 30+ years working with GMC. She helped me picked the options I needed and educate me on everything. There were no extra fees like the 5 other dealers I looked into. I will only buy vehicles from Michelle at Transwest from now on. Hoping to get my wife a Yukon in the next year or two. Also we ordered it Oct. 10th and it arrived Dec 17th. So it was about a 2 month turnaround.
