2020 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

This was our first time at Palmetto Ford and our experience was wonderful! From the minute we walked on the lot Mr. Geoffrey was friendly and started helping us right away! He was not pushy and overwhelming and was very personable. He helped to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted in a vehicle and made it a very wonderful experience. I would also like to thank Mr. Dannie in finance for making the final part of the process fun and the paperwork not seem as daunting! Lastly I’d like to thank Mr. Mike in tech, once we bought our car he walked us through all the bells and whistles as well as getting set up on the app!
