I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience working with Lo. I inquired about a car at about noon this last Wednesday via phone call, and within minutes I knew everything I needed to know about the car and its history. Additionally, the atmosphere of the sales floor was very welcoming and warm. The whole team there really felt like a cohesive family unit. Only making me more comfortable with buying the car.
