She helped me with getting the vehicle paperwork filled out and all of the title stuff. Very straightforward. I would highly recommend you visit this dealership. Super nice people. I purchased a used ford explorer. The dealership is a couple of hours away from me. I was told I could take my vehicle to my local dealership for the used car warranty if any issue popped up. My local dealer was giving me the run around about not being able to find the warranty and wanted to charge me to fix the lane departure. I contacted the sales director Dennis Jacobsen. He absolutely stepped up. He even gave me his cell phone so my local dealer could contact him directly. Nowadays it is very difficult to get any service after the sale. Groove Ford and Dennis earned my return business. Next time I need another vehicle this will be my first stop.
