My husband and I visited Sunrise Volkswagen to look at a few models of the cars available. We were greeted by Monique and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting a car that would work for us. Monique was very pleasant and allowed us the time we needed to make a decision. We never felt pressured or rushed. Mike was our sales manager that assisted in making the deal right. He was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We felt that he listened to us and gave us a fair deal. Once the decision was made to purchase, Andre took over and was very efficient in expediting all of the paperwork. He was organized and quickly handled the transaction in a very timely manner.
