2017 Ford Explorer Sport 4WD

I bought a 2015 ford expedition from imperial exotic motors and I 100% recommend it to anyone who is wanting to deal with a honest used car salesman. Until I met Tiko I didn’t know there was such a thing as a honest used car salesman. When I called and talked to him for the first time I told him that I was going to be driving 3 hours in the morning to come look at the expedition. I asked him about all of the typical problems with used vehicles (rust? Oil leaks? Cosmetic damage? Service records? And anything else that may be a problem with the vehicle) after talking about all of those things he went as far as to get out from his desk and go take pictures of all of my concern areas up close so I would be reassured of any damages and that the vehicle is exactly as he described it to me. When I arrived the next morning, I was not disappointed, there was only 2 problems that we found on the vehicle. 1. The automatic side steps didn’t come down 2. A rear taillight wasn’t working. After talking with Tiko he decided to run it into the shop and have the mechanic take a look. Within about 20 minutes or so they had both of those fixed. We talked price and settled on a deal. After about an hour or so we were on our way home in the expedition. I told Tiko I appreciated him being so honest with me up front and his response was something along the lines of “I would rather be honest with you about everything and let you make the decision on the vehicle… that’s probably why I’m not a very good car salesman” that is the way I believe all car salesman should be, it’s not just about making money… its about making sure the customer is happy with their vehicle even after they leave. Tiko truly was great to deal with and my wife loves her new expedition. I will definitely be in touch with tiko when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle for myself.
