No slick sales gimmicks or pressure. Raheel was very willing to work with us so that we ended up buying the vehicle we wanted at a price we were comfortable with! No hassles and he gave us complete peace of mind, which is priceless when going through the car buying process. Arvin also worked w/ us when Raheel wasn't available and provided the same level of awesome customer service and attentiveness. Will definitely be recommending Seva Cars to our friends and going back to them when it's time to replace our 2007 Pilot!

Raheel at Seva Cars was very responsive to my initial email and throughout the process of me buying a car from him. I traveled over 5 hours to purchase a car from him and it was just as described and pictured. He treated me and my husband well and took care of us. The process was very smooth. Update: It's been a couple of months since we purchased our car from Seva and I must say the people at Seva Cars are totally awesome!! They have been so responsive both before and after purchase of the car. My family can't be happier. If you're looking for an honest and reliable car dealership, look no farther! *********** Highly recommend Seva Cars! We're from Laurel, MD and it took us 1.5 hours to go to Sterling, VA but totally worth it! If I could give 6 stars, I would! Ok, so I usually don't enjoy the whole car shopping experience, especially buying a car in VA (since I'm from MD). I hard crazy stories about people from MD buying cars from VA and having to run back and forth to get the cars to pass MD inspection. I have small kids and don't have time to do all that. Plus, it's hard to find an honest dealer and there are many spams out there. So when I found a Corolla from Seva Cars (in Sterling, Va) via Car Gurus and read the great reviews about Seva, I was skeptically. Could it be as great as the reviews say? But we decided to give it a try. So GLAD we did!!! Raheel (the owner) is amazing! He is honest and fair price cars, and best of all he goes above and beyond to offer great service. He explains where he purchased the car and points out flaws and good things about the car. He also let us bring the car to a local auto shop that we found near him to get second opinion about the car before we purchase it. He is honest about what he can fix and not fix. After negotiating a fair price, we gave him a deposit. He tries to be very transparent throughout the process and explains everything-- no hidden fees! He explains everything, no tricks or gimmicks. He only charges ($199 dealer fee), plus tags and title, MD state inspection if needed. He is open to hearing our requests and just a cool guy. We didn't do financing, so whole paper work was simple and fast. Most amazing of all he takes care of getting MD inspection himself; plus if it doesn't pass, he will fix the items until it does pass. (Wished all dealers would do this!) A couple of days later when we came to pick up the car, the car was ready and looking beautiful (he cleaned it and did all the fix he promised, plus as a bonus he replaced a worn tire tread with one with better tread. What service!!!) Seva also has a cool 12 months or 12000 miles limited warranty were he cover 50% of fix. So happy and glad we went to Serva!!! Gem of a dealership-small family-owned and great guys at Seva. Can't wait to recommend them to my family and friends. If you're from Maryland don't hesitate to come to Seva!!!
