2015 Ford Explorer

While vacationing from RI in a Jeep hybrid rental out of Budget of Albuquerque, the Check Engine warning lit up, the fuel door would not open and the battery dropped to 1%. After getting nowhere with Budget road assistance by phone, we came across the Tate Branch Autoplex Carlsbad Service center and they saved our vacation. Ann in service directed us to the new manager Camilo and his associate Haley. While Haley offered to drive my wife and I to restaurant to pass the time, they charged the battery and fixed the fuel door so we could get gas and continue our trip. Even Simon got involved to get the fuel door operational. We cannot thank this crew enough for their professionalism and going above and beyond any other service performance we have experienced.

Issac was extremely helpful & patient. If every business had customer service like the service provided by Isaac they would THRIVE! He's the definition of going above and beyond.
