2013 Ford Explorer Sport 4x4

First of all, I would like to say that reviews are good to look at, but at the end of the day they’re opinions of many different people on many different things. Use it as a guide. I have never been to Auto Republic in Fullerton. I don’t know anybody there but I contacted Chris the Sales Manager on the phone a week before coming down to purchase a vehicle. I told him upfront I’m pretty straightforward and don’t want to play any games and I don’t want any extras. From the time that I got to the dealership to the time that I left, the deal took no more than three hours. Everybody was very friendly and very professional. I told Chris that I would like to be very transparent and we worked the numbers out pretty quickly then we went for a test drive and then came back and did all the paperwork and I was on my way. On my way home from the dealership I encountered a warning light on the dashboard so I contacted Chris and he asked me to go have it checked out at my local AutoZone where they said you need to go to the dealer and I checked it out there for free and they told me what the problem was and then I got back on the phone with Chris and we set up an appointment and I came in and it was no hassle whatsoever , they fixed it And I am more than happy with my vehicle, and more than happy with the experience that I had at this dealership. I’ve had bad experiences over the years with car dealerships but recently I educated myself on how everything works there and so I was very upfront. They were very upfront and they sold a car. I bought the car and we’re both happy. I know there have been good experiences and bad experiences with other people in the reviews, but I would give this almost a five star and I would definitely do business with Chris and Auto Republic again By the way, after the work was done, the service manager explained everything to me and it took less time than what was estimated. I’m going to change it to a five star. They have great customer service, which is not really heard of these days. Thank you, Auto Republic, Fullerton Thank you very much, Chris

I recently sold my car to this dealership. I generally would never sell to a dealership but the amount I got for it was about what I was going to get from a private party. I was only there for about 30 minutes. The sales manager was courteous and efficient. Every staff member that I saw greeted me, acknowledged that I was there, and asked if I needed help very good customer service. If you're looking for a place to sell your vehicle, I recommend speaking with the sales manager, I believe his name was Josh.

Sami was the salesman that helped me buy my dream car, I was wanting a mustang after watching all these takeover videos online. Came and test drove a few, spotted this dodge and didn't think much of it until I started it and fell in love immediately. Drove home with it after thinking about it for a day. Best decision ever ????????
