2016 Ford Explorer Sport 4WD

I was browsing for a used Toyota 4Runner when I found one at Keith Hawthorne Ford, that was in my price range of what I was looking for. After sending in my inquiry, I was set up immediately with a sales member named Chris Laws who was asking me all kinds of questions about my trade in car. I was able to get an appointment with Chris the same day for a test drive and sit down to meet Chris. When I got to the dealership, Chris had the 4Runner that I was interested in parked right up front waiting for me. He greeted me with so much knowledge and went over all of the specs of this vehicle before taking it out for a spin. I know buying a new car is a process, but while I was there for several hours processing my trade in and getting the final numbers right, Chris was extremely pleasant, courteous, and reassuring that he was going to do everything he could to get me this vehicle. I have never had the excellent customer service at a dealership like I did with Chris and the rest of the team! They were all super helpful and so nice to deal with.
