Just bought a 2024 explorer from art hill and the entire process was so seamless!!! Our salesperson was Chris, we had dealt with him from the very first day we started looking at vehicles months ago. He gave us all of our options and explained the trim lines very thoroughly even though I couldn't make up my mind! He was patient and would answer the same question I would ask over and over about the different trim lines. As first time new car buyers, he walked us hand and hand through all of the steps.
