!!!ATTENTION YOUNG WOMEN WORRIED ABOUT GETTING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AT THE CAR DEALERSHIP!!! Heritage is *not* one of those places! Like many women, I dreaded the realization I needed a new car. It meant a day of being talked down to coupled with the very real fear that I was going to be taken advantage of and end up with a crappy deal. I spent all day here on a Saturday with Jackie. She was the most patient, kind, and honest salesperson I’ve ever met. She knew the ins and outs of all the cars we test drove and even when she didn’t, she found it out immediately. She didn’t rush me into making any decisions and let me test drive and re-test drive car after car. She was very transparent about pricing, features, etc. and gave honest opinions/feedback on the cars I tested. I somehow enjoyed (??) spending my Saturday at the dealership with Jackie and all the other staff I worked with. I very very highly recommend Jackie and Heritage. It’s just filled with good people.
Purchased a new Honda Passport from this dealership. My salesmen Gary Burlage was great. He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process.
