The Jeep originally came with a bad part, which didn't affect performance, that took quite a whole to come in from Chrysler. Virginia Auto Outlet was very patient with me during the wait. Once repaired, this Jeep performs like a champ. I love it! The next time we need another family vehicle, we'll be going to Virginia Auto Outlet.
