2020 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

This was the best dealership experience I've ever had. Filled out info on their website. Within 2 min they called asked what I was looking for and when I would be there. Pulled into the lot and my 10 yr old says " this place is boujee." As soon as we walked up to the check in desk we were greeted with a smile and they already had our info and assigned Eddie Santiago as our salesman. I gave Eddie a stock # he made sure we knew where the refreshments were while we waited. After a quick wash (which impressed me) he presented the car to us. Eddie was great! Great sense of humor! All in all great experience. My wife got to drive her someday dream car home. Thanks Eddie Santiago and the Serpentini Team!!!

The experience here has extraordinary! The whole team at Serpentini Westlake was amazing! Kendal is such a great salesman! Kendal made our time and process fun! He definitely went out and made his way into a car that me and my family love! We will be coming back here from here on out for future car purchases!!!
